- schedule, host, attend, or manage meetings through the Service;
- use team, admin, routing, API, browser extension, SSO, mobile, AI, recording, or messaging features;

- otherwise interact with the Service.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites, platforms, products, or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from or integrated with the Service.
2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
A. Information you provide directly

- name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, time zone, and account credentials;
- profile details, preferences, meeting availability settings, booking page details, custom questions, forms, notes, and uploaded content;

- billing or payment-related information if and when paid features are offered, typically through a payment processor rather than direct storage of full payment card details by us; and
- identity or authentication information needed for SSO, admin, or security-related functions.
B. Calendar, meeting, and scheduling data

- calendar connection data;
- availability information;
- event titles, dates, times, attendees, invitees, duration, locations, and meeting metadata;
- booking requests, routing form responses, confirmation and reminder settings;
- Google Calendar synchronization data;
- Google Meet meeting details generated or connected through the Service; and
- admin and team scheduling information.
C. Invitee and attendee data
We collect information about people who book or attend meetings through the Service, which may include:
- name, email address, phone number;
- responses to booking questions or forms;
- time zone and meeting preferences;
- communications related to a scheduled meeting; and
- participation, attendance, and related event metadata.
Invitee data may be provided directly by invitees or by users who organize meetings.
D. AI, recording, transcript, and messaging data
If enabled, we may collect and process:
- recordings, transcripts, chat content, notes, prompts, summaries, action items, and AI-generated outputs;
- SMS reminder data, delivery data, and response metadata; and
- usage and audit logs connected with those features.
E. Device, usage, and technical information
We may collect:
- IP address;
- browser type, device type, operating system, app version, language, and identifiers;

- enforce our Terms and other agreements;
- comply with legal obligations;
- send marketing emails and promotional content where permitted by law; and
- protect the rights, safety, and property of users, third parties, and Kikinda LLC.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
F. Legal and protection-related disclosures
Where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, lawful requests of public authorities, or to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the Service.

If you connect Google services, we may access and use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service that you request or enable, such as availability checks, event creation, and meeting coordination.
42min.us’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google Calendar data obtained through restricted Google APIs for advertising purposes.
15. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to such signals, our response may vary depending on the context, technology, and legal requirements applicable to the Service at the time.
